Lion Tailed Macaque (Macaca silenus) or just wanderoo is a shameful old world monkey with silver-white mane and resembles a Lion with its tail and mane. Even the wanderoo macaque is a diurnal rainforest dweller, Endangered and Endemic into the Western Ghats of South India.





Silent Valley National Park, Kerala





Silent Valley National Park in Palakkad district of Kerala is the center area of the Nilgiri International Biosphere Reserve and the next biggest national park in Kerala.
